At the end I asked her how long she has worked here for and in the industry and she said it's only been 2 months. As a restaurant/Brewery manager with 12 years experience, I was very impressed. “ Absolutely love the food at Norval Pancake House. My go to fav, Eggs Benedict with spinach and peameal was perfectly poached, homefries the best in Georgetown and we have tried them all, this is even being delivered. Pancakes, yes I always have to get some on the side, were fluffy and delicious as always. Everyone else in the house loved all their breakfasts and today they had a buy one get one free, yum, lunch tomorrow. Norval Pancake House has been our go to Sunday breakfast/brunch for years and will continue to be! ”
“ Came here for Mother’s Day brunch! Absolutely loved the Cinnamon Pancakes, Strawberry and Cream Cheese Red Velvet Crepe with Whipped Cream and Icing Sugar on top, with Scrambled Eggs with Hash browns on the side. As we were all vegetarian, they had plenty of items to choose from, catering to all. The hot chocolate is really good too, it comes with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on top. Highly recommended for anyone that has a sweet tooth. The staff are friendly and warm, creating a positive atmosphere and experience for all. Will definitely be visiting again soon! ”

Organized, Spacious and Clean. There was no lines. We got there, gave my name and phone number and they took us to our table right away. Waited a bit for our food which I understand because everything is made from scratch. I will definitely go back. ”

I took my family there and my mom (the pickiest one of the bunch), ate her whole meal, that’s how you know it was good! I had to flag someone down to order, as they seemed to be short staffed but otherwise customer service was pleasant. I will definitely visit again when I am in the area! ”
“ most amazing restaurant i’ve ever been to, staff was amazing, chefs and owners came out to individually greet us and the hostess even changed the songs to what we as customers wanted to hear! the environment was extremely friendly and welcoming, but the food itself was just outstanding. it was extremely flavourful, the pancakes were so fluffy and everything was so wonderfully put together. not only did it taste great but it was served beautifully as well. kudos to the owners and staff for creating an amazing environment cooking such tasty food! my stomach has never been so satisfied. they also accommodated the fact that we were vegetarian! food was definitely cooked with love. ”
